Irish Speaking Customer Service for High-End Coffee Machines - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat in Irish.
- Assist customers with questions about high-end coffee machines and related products.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Guide customers through product setup, usage, and maintenance.
- Provide accurate product information, promotions, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Keen interest in high-end consumer products, particularly coffee machines, is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management systems.
