Irish Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account management, and device compatibility.
- Assist customers with setup processes and clarify service features effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Work closely with the technical support team to enhance the overall quality of service.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in services offered.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to video streaming.
- Familiarity with video streaming services and technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to work remotely with full relocation assistance to Greece offered.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
