Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Irish.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight information, bookings, and airline policies.
- Efficiently resolve complaints and provide solutions while maintaining professionalism.
- Guide passengers through airline procedures, ensuring clarity and reassurance.
- Provide accurate information regarding services and promotions.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
- Ability to work independently while also being a valuable team player.
- Knowledge of airline operations and basic international travel procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
