Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance regarding financial offerings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.
- Stay informed on financial regulations and product knowledge to assist customers accurately.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using technology and digital communication platforms.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with self-discipline.
