Irish Speaking Customer Service Financial Sector - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat in Irish.
- Assist customers with questions related to financial products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions.
- Educate customers on various financial offerings to enhance their understanding.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and product knowledge.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in technology use and remote communication platforms.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is highly desirable.
- Able to work independently and maintain self-discipline in a remote environment.
