Irish Speaking Customer Service for Electronics Companies - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat communications in Irish.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Guide customers through product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team.
- Interest in electronics and technology products is an advantage.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management systems.
