Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat in Irish.
- Assist customers with inquiries about high-end coffee machines and related products.
- Quickly and professionally resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues.
- Guide customers through product setup, maintenance, and usage.
- Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance the overall service experience.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially with high-end products, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collectively within a team.
- Interest in coffee and related products is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
