Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, focusing on the Irish-speaking market.
- Address customer inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Efficiently resolve complaints and technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features, troubleshooting, and usage tips.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and performance.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the technology or electronics sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedicated customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A passion for technology and an understanding of electronic products.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
