Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat communications in Irish.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Guide customers through processes and ensure their needs are met.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full support provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
