Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Irish.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury jewellery, including product details, orders, and returns.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- A genuine interest in luxury jewellery and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
