Irish Speaking Customer Support for Luxury Jewellery - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewellery, including product details, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve services.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- A genuine interest in luxury jewellery and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
