Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality IT support to Irish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide array of technical issues involving software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist customers with product installations, setups, and problem resolution.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of technical solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the technical support team to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Collect feedback from customers to identify service enhancement opportunities.
- Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections and complex situations.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer support practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Able to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
