Irish Speaking IT Representatives with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding IT support to Irish-speaking customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues concerning software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist customers with product installations, configurations, and updates.
- Document customer interactions accurately while maintaining records of solutions provided.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services.
- Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer service practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
