Irish Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized consultations to Irish-speaking customers regarding search engine optimization and effective marketing strategies.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to enhance their online presence.
- Educate customers on product functionalities and industry best practices to maximize search engine success.
- Document client interactions and feedback to continually improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.
- Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
