Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in an approachable and timely manner.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or behaviors that violate community standards.
- Analyze the interactions within the community to provide insights and improve engagement.
- Remain updated on brand guidelines to maintain consistency in moderation.
- Collaborate with team members to create and refine best practices for moderation.
- Offer feedback on content trends and user behaviors to enhance community management strategies.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of content moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
