Irish Speaking Social Media Content Moderators - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand values.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
- Monitor user interactions to provide insights for improving community engagement.
- Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation.
- Collaborate with a remote team to establish and implement best practices for content moderation.
- Provide feedback on trends in content and user behavior to support ongoing improvement.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive issues and providing constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
