Irish Speaking Support for Social Media - Instant Messaging - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via instant messaging on social media platforms in Irish.
- Promptly and effectively address user inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Educate users on utilizing features and best practices on social media platforms.
- Document user interactions and feedback to contribute to overall service improvements.
- Stay current with social media trends and updates to offer knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance user satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and instant messaging applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
