Irish Speaking Technical Support Roles with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues involving software, hardware, and network systems.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and accurately record the resolutions of technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and optimize the customer experience.
- Offer insights on common technical challenges to help improve support processes.
- Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Technical proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and networking principles.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company.
