Nordic Speaking Customer Service Banking with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support through diverse communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their banking inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
- Educate customers about banking products and services tailored to their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer care.
- Stay informed about banking regulations, services, and best practices.
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian) is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the banking sector, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
