Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for Nordic clients.
- Assist customers with their financial inquiries and concerns regarding products and services.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Educate customers on financial products, services, and processes.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and product information to better assist customers.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial.
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a vibrant cultural environment.
