Responsibilities:
- Interact promptly and professionally with customers seeking roadside assistance.
- Deliver assistance and clear instructions in your Nordic language.
- Collaborate with local service providers to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
- Remain composed while handling emergencies, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Accurately document all calls and interventions in the system.
- Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or emergency response is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage stress.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
- Flexibility in working hours, including potential evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital tools and communication platforms.
