Nordic Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency assistance calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Clearly communicate solutions and support in your Nordic language.
- Cooperate with local service providers to facilitate prompt assistance for clients.
- Document all calls and interventions accurately in the relevant systems.
- Maintain a calm and professional attitude while handling emergencies.
- Contribute to team efforts to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency response is preferred.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and maintain composure.
- Remote work experience and self-discipline are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including potential evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software.
