Responsibilities:
- Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or negative user behavior.
- Analyze user interactions to gather insights and improve community engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with brand guidelines and ensure they are upheld during moderation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to establish best practices for content moderation.
- Offer feedback on content trends and user behavior for ongoing improvement.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and feedback with professionalism.
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or social media roles is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
