Nordic Speaking Social Media Content Moderators - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Moderate and review user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or negative user behavior.
- Analyze trends in user interaction to enhance community engagement.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of brand guidelines and values.
- Collaborate with a remote team to establish and refine best practices for moderation.
- Provide insights and feedback on content trends and user behavior for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and a strong understanding of content moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive issues and providing constructive feedback.
- Experience in moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
