Responsibilities:
- Engage with users via instant messaging on social media platforms using a Nordic language.
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Provide guidance to users on how to effectively use social media features.
- Document interactions and report feedback to improve user experience.
- Stay updated on current social media trends and platform changes to offer informed assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance service quality.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required; English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or a similar support role is advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to technology changes.
