Nordic Speaking Technical Support for Customers - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot a variety of consumer technology issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through potential solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with other support team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify patterns in customer inquiries and contribute to process improvements.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian) is essential, along with good English skills.
- Experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with customer support systems or CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
