Nordic Speaking Video Streaming Support - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Support Nordic-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries regarding video streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video playback and account settings efficiently.
- Guide customers through installation processes and explain service features and options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and the resolutions provided.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collect and document customer feedback for service improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably within the tech or streaming industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and related technologies is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote working environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
