- Develop and execute ad strategies for Meta and Google across 40+ locations. - Manage the entire ad buying process, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign setup. - Monitor, test, and optimize ad campaigns for performance, ensuring optimal ROI. - Create detailed reports on campaign performance, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with designers to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising platforms to ensure competitive ad strategies. - Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and business needs. - Provide insights into competitors' digital ad strategies and offer suggestions for how to stay ahead- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta and Google ads. - Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale ad budgets across multiple locations. - Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear reports on campaign performance. - Experience coordinating with design teams to create effective ad creatives. - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms. - Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders. - Strong communication skills to effectively report campaign insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. - Expertise in local SEO and its impact on paid ads. - Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Moz, or other digital marketing platforms.
