Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking an Anchor/Duty Manager for a Luxury Lodge in Kruger National Park, South Africa!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a breathtaking natural setting? Join a dedicated team committed to excellence and conservation at a prestigious lodge in the heart of Kruger National Park!
Key Responsibilities: As the Anchor/Duty Manager, you'll be the face of hospitality, providing personalized concierge and reception services to ensure every guest feels at home. You'll oversee lodge operations, manage and train staff, and maintain the highest standards of service, housekeeping, and maintenance. Your role will involve effective financial management, daily administration, and a strong commitment to Singita's conservation message. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to lead and inspire!
Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience, ideally with 2 years in a five-star hotel or world-class lodge.
Passion for service excellence and a deep knowledge of food and beverage.
Strong financial management skills and exceptional English communication; a second language is a plus.
Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to team development.
Valid driver’s license and legal right to work in the region.
