Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a Receptionist for a Luxury Game Lodge!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth operations in a vibrant lodge environment? Join a stunning luxury game lodge in North West, South Africa, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences for guests!
Job Overview: As the Receptionist, you will oversee all front desk functions, act as the lodge's communication hub, and ensure that every guest feels at home. You will also manage retail operations, including stock control and financial performance, all while promoting our commitment to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain top-tier guest relations, ensuring a personalized experience.
Ensure seamless communication between reception and other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance.
Oversee administrative tasks, including daily revenue reporting, reservation management, and maintaining accurate guest accounts.
Monitor and control curio shop stock, manage orders, and conduct inventory checks to optimize sales.
Collaborate with staff to maintain lodge standards, conduct spot checks, and ensure effective teamwork.

Requirements:

Excellent guest service skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and lodge management systems.
Exceptional telephone and email etiquette, with a proactive and flexible approach.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently, demonstrating good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Package: Competitive salary, 21 days on and 7 days off cycle, with flexibility for service hours to align with guest activities.
