Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a diverse range of technology-related issues swiftly and effectively.
- Provide clear and comprehensive guidance to customers during the troubleshooting process.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer experience.
- Identify recurring issues and report them to management for further investigation and resolution.
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with comprehensive relocation support provided.
- Able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is advantageous.
