Icelandic Speaking Technical Support for Consumers - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technology-related issues efficiently.
- Offer clear and concise guidance to customers throughout the troubleshooting process.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support database accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and report recurring issues to help improve product quality and support efficiency.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or a relevant IT role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.
