Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency roadside assistance calls from customers.
- Provide clear and professional communication in Irish, guiding customers effectively.
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure quick assistance is provided to clients.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions within the required systems.
- Maintain professionalism and composure when assisting customers in stressful situations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
