Irish Speaking Technical Support for Customers - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality technical support to Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technology-related issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clear and effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify common issues and escalate them for further investigation and resolution.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with proficient English language skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or a related IT field is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying motivated.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively.
