Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and with professionalism.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on product setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ensure accurate information is provided regarding products, promotions, and services.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and updates in the database.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of high-end consumer products, particularly coffee machines, is advantageous.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management systems.
