Nordic Speaking Customer Service for High-End Coffee Machines - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines and their functionalities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers step-by-step through product setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Provide accurate information about product features, promotions, and services.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the level of service provided.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
- Knowledge of high-end consumer products, particularly coffee machines, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
