Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with queries related to transportation services, including reservations and adjustments.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Guide customers through service options and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and overall customer experience.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Keen interest in the transportation industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is desirable.
