Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional IT support to Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist customers with product setup, installations, and upgrades.
- Document and keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
- Work closely with the technical support team to improve service delivery.
- Contribute insights and feedback on customer experiences and potential process enhancements.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required.
- Experience in IT support or a technical support role is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and work under pressure.
- Technical knowledge related to computer systems, software, and customer support practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation costs covered by the company.
- Proficient in the use of customer management and support software.
