Nordic Speaking IT Representatives, fully paid relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier IT support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively troubleshoot and address a variety of technical issues, ranging from software to hardware.
- Assist customers with the setup, installation, and configuration of products.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and facilitate resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members to improve service processes and solutions.
- Provide feedback on customer experiences to enhance service delivery continuously.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Capable of resolving problems effectively under pressure.
- Technical knowledge related to IT systems, software, and customer service practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
