Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving software, hardware, and networking components.
- Assist customers by guiding them through problem-solving steps with clear and concise communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions and the resolution of technical issues.
- Work closely with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Offer feedback on common technical problems to assist in refining support processes.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) both spoken and written is essential.
- Prior experience in technical support or a related IT field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a clear understanding of technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Technical proficiency regarding computer systems, software applications, and networking principles.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a proactive team player.
