Nordic Speaking Technical Support Roles with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
- Guide customers through diagnostics and provide clear, concise assistance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolution steps.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and optimize customer experiences.
- Provide insights on recurring technical issues to help refine support processes.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) is required.
- Prior experience in technical support or a related IT field is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
- Comfortable working in a remote setup, with a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
