Nordic Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account settings, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through setup processes and explain service features and options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Solicit and document customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role within the tech or streaming sector is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and relevant technologies is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation support offered.
- Ability to navigate multiple tasks in a remote working environment effectively.
