Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our digital banking wallet services. This role requires a deep understanding of financial regulations, a keen eye for strategic planning, and the ability to manage financial risks effectively. The Finance Manager will be pivotal in ensuring our digital solutions not only meet market demands but also maintain financial health and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the financial strategies for our digital banking wallet products.

• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.

• Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align financial management with corporate goals and product launches.

• Manage financial reporting, tax planning, and auditing processes.

• Analyze market trends to support business decision-making and financial planning.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

• Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the fintech or digital banking industry.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.

• Proven experience in financial forecasting, risk management, and financial analysis.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
